Early Help and Support 

Children and families may need extra support at different times in their lives. Team Around the Family (TAF) is a group of people who want the best for the child or young person who will work together in an open and honest way to create a plan of support.

TAF starts when a worry is raised about a child or young person and coordinated support is required.

A Lead Professional – a professional person of your choosing - completes an Early Help Child and Family Assessment. This is so that the right support can be found for the child, young person and their family.
