Welcome to Class 1’s page. Miss Bates class teacher, Mrs Craft teaching assistant, welcome you to Willow Class.
Homework– we send weekly English or Maths homework based on something we have learnt during that week. The homework should be returned by the following Wednesday.
PE – The children have PE every Friday afternoon with Elite Sport, it is paramount that their PE kit is in school every day.
Spelling – Weekly spellings will be sent home on Monday of each week to be tested on the Friday.
Reading books – are changed daily or as soon as your child has finished with it. Our expectation is that they have read their book 3 times a week. Reading diaries will be checked daily and each Friday so that we can record how often your child is reading with you at home – children are enjoying receiving their reading certificates and we thank you for your support.
